I like that it is very easy to use for new employees in addition to existing staff members who are familiar with other programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Excel. It also has great customization features which allows you to make your program look exactly how you want. At this time we have not encountered any issues using maintenance coordinator. There may be some learning curve but once its there; not much of one at all! We love being able to organize our daily tasks into categories (i.e.: payroll processing) so each employee knows what they need to do next without having to ask their manager every day about upcoming responsibilities. This helps us keep track of everything from task completion dates/times down to individualized training needs. The ability to assign jobs directly through the system makes things run more efficiently than when manually assigning duties by hand and keeping records ourselves.
