Works well sometimes but there seems to be an issue with smooth cursor movement; sometimes it gets a little "nervous". I will return it if possible. I tried this for a few days and it annoyed me. Update: Rating changed from 2 to 1 star. This mouse or its driver seems to have a serious problem. It gets worse with every use. The pointer on the screen gets stuck and/or bounces all over the place. This happens more often when another background process is taking up 1 or 2% of the system; that is, system hibernation drops to 98% or slightly less. This was not the case with my old Logitech 525, it has been working for several years. I switched USB ports to see if that fixes the situation. Regardless, I took action to return this mouse with an apparent problem. I ordered a new Logitech mouse; This broken Microsoft mouse is back as soon as a replacement arrives. Update: The Logitech M705 Marathon I just bought works great. The MS Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 I am returning is unusable and unserviceable. Maybe I got a bad one.
