Measure your laptop!
I have a Dell Vostro 15.6 and a 15.6 inch case, well its almost 1 inch longer for a laptop. I agree, don't worry about my laptop getting crushed. I've just bought 2 of these suitcases (husband and I) in the last few weeks, they are very soft inside, LOTS of room inside and two outside compartments, but it's too early to know how long they will last. Size (my mistake for not measuring) I really like this case.
