It works great with my 19" Dell monitor. I'm using it on a Raspberry Pi 2. I don't want to buy a new TV or monitor. I have a 19" Dell monitor that I bought with a Dell desktop over 10 years ago. I like to use it for my Raspberry Pi 2. Since it only has a VGA connector, I bought this converter. At first it doesn't work. I searched the internet and found that I need to set the HDMI group and mode correctly. After I did that it works. I'm so glad I was able to reuse my old hardware. This converter has an HDMI audio jack. The sound is not as good as on my desktop computer. However, I've tried the audio jack on board and it's much worse. So I think the problem is in my board. The converter is good. I recommend this product to people who want to reuse an old monitor.
