Came in a neat little plastic case. The all-plastic body with a strip of brushed aluminum on the outside gives it a mid-2000s feel, which I like. Decent reading and writing for USB 2.0. While 8GB is ridiculously small by today's standards, it's perfect for servicing installations of older versions of Windows and newer Linux distributions. Although I would like the LED display to be a bit brighter. At first I couldn't tell if it was recognized by the computer or not.
