She barks like crazy and embarrasses me every time she sees the other one.

I wish I had bought a bark collar 4 years ago. I have a Chiviny and she barks and pulls me for walks. She barks like crazy and embarrasses me every time she sees another dog. She just wants to see another dog. Lai was unstoppable. I live in an apartment building in Florida, I got a notice from the association that my dog barks constantly, which is not true, but he barked when he saw another dog and stopped barking when he greeted another dog could. So I started browsing YouTube videos looking for workout ideas not collars. Most reviews on YouTube and Revain have been very positive. Then it was my search for some. I chose this particular collar because it is rechargeable as many reviews said the batteries need to be changed frequently. I also liked its looks and the fact that it was gold in color as it was easier to match with their collars and leashes. When I first put it on her to try it, she barked once and it beeped with stimulation, scaring her to death. Then I took Sadie for a walk around the neighborhood, she barked once when she saw a dog and got vibrating beeps and never barked again. Also, Sadie always pulled me when she walked, she had her own mind, with the collar on she walks right next to me for fear of doing something wrong when we approach other dogs, she stands at attention without making a sound . I felt bad because she wasn't happy. So I took off the collar and tied it to the leash handle, she became more alert but didn't bark. Now when we go for a walk I show her the collar and tell her not to bark or the collar won't work. So far so good, we're going without a collar, but I'll take it with me. She only barked once or twice, I reprimanded her and showed her the collar and she stopped barking. It saved a life. On our walks I was terribly afraid, when she saw a dog, she began to bark at the dog's far-off place and ran towards the dog, which was pulling me. I would take a different direction if I saw a dog in the distance and didn't know the person. My only question is what is the hard plastic piece that came with the collar, it fits the prongs but doesn't stick to the prongs, looks like it has a fuse or light in the middle. It needs to be held in place. Kinda confused what it is.
