After the conversion it worked perfectly.
Allowed me to install Backrack on my Toyota Tacoma 04. However, the screws provided were not long enough to go through the bed rail and bracket as this installation required me to drill the bed rail for installation. Had to adjust it a bit with a longer screw from the hardware store. I got it working and installed with other hardware with no problems. The need to purchase additional supplies and the extra time spent modifying the braces is why I give it three stars.
