Review on 🚢 Ultra 3/6 Moeller Withdrawal Assembly: Enhanced SEO-friendly Product Title by Randolph Iglesias

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fits my 6.5 gallon Tempo tank.

For you who throw away this kit, you must first know that this is the exact same one that comes from the factory. Only problem is Möller didn't mention that little fact and didn't show a disassembled photo so you know it's not broken. It also doesn't come with instructions so you won't explode because it's divided. It is clear that the thread cover is intended to be assembled by the installer, because on one half you can see the fastening tabs and on the other half the indentations they make when assembling - win-win. However, I gave it four stars, not because the product is inferior, because it isn't, but because Moeller does a very poor job of letting you know that it's not a solid single lid. No instructions, no photos. In my opinion, this is a bad and stupid thing. The photo on their website and here leads you to believe it's a solid piece. I bought this because after six years fuel was squeezing out from under the hex nut flange. My fault for overcrowding and then leaving it in the sun to puff up like a toad. All I really needed was a gasket, but I got it because I anticipated that taking the old one out might break it. Just so you know, Moeller makes it and they make Tempo fuel tanks. This is not a cheap "fake" as some people think. This is in fact the same unit that was newly installed at the factory.
