As an account manager, I have to be very efficient with my time in order for it not take too much of mine away from other projects that are important or necessary at this point in our business development process! The ability to track all your accounts via their dashboards is great - as well as seeing where there may need improvement over what we're doing versus them improving themselves through us managing some things better than they do internally (which can happen).
It also helps me keep up to date when working remotely so I don't miss anything important going on within each client's dashboard. There really isn't any downside here unless you've got specific complaints about how something works (such as being able to easily see which clients aren't paying enough money) but overall everything seems like such a nice experience to use day in/day out.
