I love how this product works! It was easy to use and understand. You can access this system 24/7 to help manage your work flow, so if you're constantly scrambling to figure out where to start next, this could be the tool for you. I am not a big fan of the user interface - maybe because I'm a developer, but it seemed pretty clunky and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would say this is a great option if you want to automate some processes in your business. If you have the budget, you can definitely see yourself purchasing this app again.
