Bought to replace another HP laptop I had 2 years ago and loved but was spilling water so needed a new one for school. Things I love about this one: It was cheaper than my previous one but doesn't feel cheaper. Light weight and smaller screen which I like. Really convenient to carry to class and other study locations on campus. COLOR! I bought rose gold just like my old one but am so excited to look at it. What I don't really like now: Sometimes it works a bit slow. I can't tell if it's the school wifi or the device, but sometimes websites take a few seconds longer to load and sometimes not all parts of the website are showing. Sometimes when I'm typing in Google Docs, my typing is a few words behind, so I have to wait for it to catch up. Sometimes the keyboard gets stuck in block caps mode even when caps are not enabled. This is usually solved by pressing the Shift key once. I've also found that this laptop needs to be updated more frequently than my old one, which is easy to ignore or save until I need to use it. In general. It's a pretty good laptop and I highly recommend it. It's great for students, especially those who write a lot like me. After a few days, I realized that I no longer miss my old laptop.
