This dress is the perfect maternity dress. I wish I had bought it way earlier in my pregnancy, and in all the colors. For reference, I'm 5'6", like 230ish lbs in this photo, and I'm wearing an XL. I plan to wear this postpartum because the top will be excellent for breastfeeding. I base my fit by how the shoulders look/feel, and the XL was good. The L *might* have been okay, but I think it would've been a little tight in the shoulders, and I don't like cling anywhere.The fabric is not sheer, and I got a printed version so that it would disguise any lines underneath. The length is perfect. I will probably wear this home from the hospital. Get the dress.
