Review on Bona Premium Microfiber Floor Mop with Microfiber Cleaning and Dusting Pads by Elizabeth Jackson

I ordered a new Bona mop handle because my old model became rusty on the inside and broke in half during use. I am very satisfied with the new mop handle, as it is not made of plastic on the outside and metal on the inside (like the old model), but completely made of metal. What I don't like is the head itself. Judging by the photo, the design is very unsuccessful. The fabric does not stick to the 2 corners where there are triangular holes. It is VERY annoying when I sweep the hardwood floor or kitchen floor. Cleaning is also a problem. It's true that mopping doesn't involve much lifting, mostly back and forth movements, but the weight of the water and floor cleaning solution combined with the triangular holes pulls the cloth off my head when lifting. I called customer service today to see if I could get them to send me an old head for free. But they said they are no longer available. She wasn't rude but I am unhappy with this product so they lost my business forever. I didn't ask for a refund because I need to keep using it until I have time to research and find something better.
