Low power output / generator whine noise.

Good. I was drawn to a 100 watt RMS X 4. With just two speakers in a tower case. but mostly even real 50 watts per channel. like my truck has power over you not impressed yet. The main unit drives another set of wired speakers at the same level as my floorstanding speakers, connected to the amp via an RCA input. I expected a lot more power from 6" floorstanding speakers. Hmm, even when the boat is running you can hear a very loud howling noise from the generator. I connected ground and current directly to the battery with a 6" meter and will do it again with the engine running The maximum power specification is of course inaccurate, but generally the RMS is at a stable level, and even when the amp is putting out 50% of the advertised 50 watts per channel of pure power, the full bandwidth is very strong, but I don't hear it unless there is an output level the RCA to my main unit needs adjusting, I have the input gain on the amp at max and it's still not too loud I should have researched more or even bought the same brand as the one in my truck. model black ice never gets hot running 4 speakers and my box subwoofer and it's impressive well good luck the price was too good around to be true.

Pros
  • PREMIUM 4-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER: 4-channel marine amplifier for high-quality stereo reproduction from the source. This turns on your speaker and is universally compatible with various head units such as MP3 and smartphone.
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
