Review on 🔋 Energizer 2-Amp Smart Charger: Fully-Automatic Battery Charger, Maintainer, 6V and 12V Trickle Charger with 7 Step Smart Charging Technology by Marcus Merritt

I have an old (1970's) charger that still works; but it is slow. So I figured I'd buy this charger to "go into the 21st century". I have a new battery in my car (6 months); but I don't drive it often. The battery was dead; So I put this new Energizer charger on it. Energizer charger showed error #2 - battery voltage is less than 1.5 volts - replace battery. I then put my old 1970's charger on top and as I type this it charges nicely. The bottom line is, if your battery is low, you need to charge it before this Energizer charger will charge it! LOL This thing is coming back to Revain. Update: (05/23/19) The manufacturer (Power Bright Technologies 1.954.342.3977) contacted me by phone. One of their tech support reps explained how this charger has this safety feature that prevents the charger from "charging" when the "detected" voltage is below 1.5 volts. The rep said Power Bright Technologies would give me a full refund; but I can save myself the charger! I was just blown away by the top notch customer service from this company! By the way, they already processed my refund! Because of the excellent, unsolicited customer support from these people, I've changed my original rating to 5 stars. Thank you Power Bright Technologies! You will be at the top of my list if I ever need any of the other products you offer!
