Review on Prezus by Dennis Long
As a freelancer working from home i needed something easy to use that could handle my invoices, payroll, and manage clients.
I tried using Quickbooks but found it too complex and slow to use. Prezus was perfect! No fancy bells and whistles - just an easy to use accounting package. The customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help. I highly recommend Prezus. I like being able to add all sorts of different things directly into prezus so i don't waste time entering data each month. If you want a little more than what comes default you can easily upgrade your account to get those features. I would give them 5 stars if possible as they really do go above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly before releasing the product.
Pros
- Very fast, powerful program with tons of functionality.
- Customer service is extremely helpful.
Cons
- Would be nice to have an export feature where you could download reports in CSV format.
- Customer service only supports the paid plan.
- Would be nice to be able to save notes on users and create a new one when adding another user to a project.
