Vanilla flavor is great and goes incredibly well in a shaker! Also, the slow release casein protein definitely helps me feel fuller for longer compared to the previous protein powder I used. The cost is incredibly low for a mix of this quality and quantity! I definitely feel that post-workout recovery time has improved with this product. I spent a lot of time in pain and struggled to fully recover between workouts (which reduced my performance as I battled muscle soreness and fatigue) but after using this protein blend with some immediate recovery benefits (from whey isolate) as well as a lasting recovery effect ( from the casein mixture) my training is going as hoped! Can't say enough good things about this protein in terms of potency and taste. However, remember that as the powder is very fine (for perfect blending ability) it is like fine dust and if you are not very careful the fine dust will be scattered over your counters/kitchen in a hurry. So just take your time and you will love this protein!
