Great for fasting on whey

I was interested in the idea of a multiphase protein, so I decided to give this protein a try. I'm glad I did. The consistency is a bit thicker than other Muscletech proteins, which works well for adding protein to baked goods, but I also found adding a little more water or milk thins out the thickness of the protein nicely. Strawberries taste awful, taste like chemicals, and don't mix well without a blender

I've been eating a lot of protein in the last 20 years and this has to be one of the worst in my opinion. As for the protein itself, it's a decent protein blend and I can't complain about real protein. The problem for me was the taste (I used strawberry). The strawberry flavor was like chemistry and so bad I could barely finish my morning blended protein shake with milk, eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, and a scoop of protein powder when I added the stuff. Tastes great, helps me stay full, helps me recover

Vanilla flavor is great and goes incredibly well in a shaker! Also, the slow release casein protein definitely helps me feel fuller for longer compared to the previous protein powder I used. The cost is incredibly low for a mix of this quality and quantity! I definitely feel that post-workout recovery time has improved with this product.
