It's easy to follow the instructions to mold this mouthguard.
I bought this product to relieve nighttime teeth grinding and clenching. I'm a light sleeper and was concerned I would have a hard time sleeping with it mouth to mouth, but found it comfortable. It stuck to my mouth slightly, I recommend this item. I don't see how better my dentist's $300 machine would be.
