I don't like Apple headphones because they are too hard. I prefer soft headphones, but that's where the positives end. They were not working properly the day I received them. I plugged it in and the sound came and went with the slightest movement. I unplugged it and plugged it in the other way around and there was no sound at all. Available, yes, but absolutely useless because they just don't work properly.
