I have a Verizon FiOS phone system. I have a caller ID device that works. I bought this device that doesn't work. This is very frustrating as this is my second caller id purchased from Revain that doesn't work. I had to reuse an old caller ID I found at home and another one I bought on eBay. Something in China's manufacturing ecosystem is terribly wrong that a well-known technology like caller ID can't be remade today and just work. Before I ask any questions, yes I've tried all the options for plugs, sockets, etc. I'm not an idiot.
