I use this headset in the office. Very comfortable to wear all day. The sound quality is okay, but you notice the lack of bass with any type of music. There are design flaws that you will only discover after purchasing this item: - You must turn it off when you leave your computer. Otherwise, after a few hours, it will get into a weird state where any new audio (song, video, etc.) will cut out after about 5 seconds. Turning the headset off and on again fixes the problem. - You can't leave it on the charging station! The owner's manual says that "overcharging" shortens battery life. Apparently it can't stop charging when the battery is fully charged. Poor design that leads to inconvenience: you need to charge during the day while you work or relax. - Correctly inserting the headset into the charging station is not easy! It took me quite a while to learn how to place it correctly and get the red LED (charging indicator) to light up. - Unfortunate placement of control buttons. The +/- volume buttons are right where you place your fingers when you put the headset in the charging dock. It's almost impossible not to accidentally hit the + or - button! And when you don't need the microphone, pressing it all the way down touches the multifunction button.
