I bought two of these dehumidifiers and both worked fine initially, but after two months one stopped working. It has an automatic shut-off when the water tank is full, but once the water tank is empty, the dehumidifier cannot restart and refuses to operate. I disconnected and reconnected it several times, left it for 24 hours but nothing. It will not restart. Very disappointing. Update: after removing and replacing the water tank a few times and hitting it, the machine worked again, after posting this review the seller contacted me and suggested I email tech support after looking at the warranty which is only 30 days voids my purchase. I understand that even they are not very confident in the reliability of their product.
