delivered completely disassembled. When I plugged it in, the motor was in bad shape. When switching to a new project, a lot of time is spent adjusting the roll width. (You need to loosen 4 screws to move the pulley and 1 screw to adjust the belt tension). The support wheels are a joke. To fix the motor problem I have to either send the unit back and roll the dice that the new one works or buy a new motor myself!
