When you open a can.

.it smells like vanilla! Nothing out of the ordinary just nice that it smells like you expect it to. So of course I dipped my finger in and tasted it like a powder; The first thing that caught my eye was vanilla, of course. Then there was a slightly bitter aftertaste that I often get with protein powders, especially vanilla. Drink? Put simply, the answer was: No! (wow!) I mixed my milk with unsweetened whole milk that I found at my local grocery store recently. Throw it in the blender, plus some ice cubes; it was nice, it was like a milkshake; pleasant mouthfeel, without calcification. Well, if your body allows you and you really wanted a milkshake, you can add some vanilla ice cream to really enhance the flavor and texture of a milkshake. but full disclosure, they say right on the product page it's 24 servings. I guess it's up to you, I mean if you've been taking protein powder for a while you probably have a billion small scoops lying around and you could decrease or increase the scoop you use with that if you like. You just don't get accurate increments of ingredients, proteins, BCAAs and all that. something else to lift the vanilla even more, but that's just me. I hope this review has helped you make an informed purchasing decision. I rarely give an overall rating of 5 stars.
