Review on Shoei J-Cruise II Helmet (X-Small) (Black) by Aaron Jensen

Bought for a month of riding in all weather conditions, Shoei has never let me down...until now. The fit (M) was terrible after a few hours, the pressure points were so bad I had to trim the cheek pads which needed to fit and cushion. In the first two weeks it rained a lot in cool weather and the helmet worked great. Then the weather got hot and productivity went to hell. Poor ventilation, sunbeams hit the clear plastic screen, and the heat build-up was unbearable. Raising the shield seemed like the logical option, but it resulted in punches that vibrated my brain and were just as bad. I hate this helmet. 47 years of helmets and I never expected Shoei to let me down...
