I saw a highly recommended BRD Sports orthosis for the treatment of plantar fasciitis on the Internet. The cost of the big problem is $74.99. This bandage works the same and is thinner than the BRD model - I can wear it during training - it fits in my tennis shoes with a sock. An elastic band that wraps under the arch provides arch support. I play pickleball 4 hours a day and this brace allows me to play pain free during and after the game. I continue to ice my foot after the game, but I don't have the severe post-game heel pain that I had before trying this brace. Highly recommended.
