I like my new Colzer air purifier. I set it to automatic and noticed that during my manicure the green light turned red and the airflow rate increased for a few seconds until the light turned green again. That convinced me that he would do his job. Two weeks later, my Colzer air purifier was set to automatic and when I turned on my new essential oil diffuser, the green light turned red and the air purifier started smelling. I received a message from Service@colzer.com that when an essential oil diffuser and an air purifier are used together, the gas from the essential oils is adsorbed by the activated carbon and reacts. Then the absorption capacity of activated carbon is saturated. The service department sent me a free replacement HEPA filter, which I received within a week. Customer service is great and the air purifier works well after changing the filter.
