The ease at which I could upload my PDF's directly from other sources (Email, Dropbox) onto this system made for convenient access to all relevant information without having to search through several different systems/apps in order to obtain that same data! There is very little room left after adding so many file types but it still allows you plenty enough space should additional content be added in future releases. This application has been able to solve our problems with document retention by allowing us easy retrieval AND long term archiving of records via Adobe Acrobat Pro DC OCR Technology.
