Review on Man Sports Workout Rainbow Sherbet by Kristi Ratz

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Decent pre-training without mood lifts and wrong concentration

I had very high expectations for this pre-workout, but they weren't met. First, the packaging and label in the photos are dated. It comes in a new white tub, just like the manufacturer's website. At the time of writing this review, the tub was yellow. The amount of theanine was changed to 50mg instead of 200mg which is actually a good thing as I don't like pre-workout theanine. So, as for the actual experience - the taste is pretty good, not as good as Bucked Up but definitely decent. Pump is good, energy is good, but I prefer caffeine anhydrous (natural caffeine is used in this pre-workout), strength gains are average. There's no mood lift when something makes my mood worse - I don't feel hyped when I'm working out and not enjoying my music as usual. The reason I got this pre is because I was expecting the focus to be unbeatable, but instead it kind of makes me anti-social and non-weight aggressive. This is the attention you want to get while learning or working on logic and math problems. I don't know if it's NeuroFactor or its combination with juniper and choline, but it's definitely not what I want to feel during a workout.

Pros
  • The strongest formula for the game day. Rather than simply restarting our old formula, we created a new and improved high-intensity matchday training formula.
Cons
  • boring packaging
