I installed this intake manifold on a 2008 F-150 4.6L. The installation went smoothly and the parts fit very well. Do not rely 100% on the instructions provided. Some automotive know-how is essential. However, this is not difficult at all. There is a rubber plug on the back of the passenger side panel that caused problems for some people, so I added an extra hose clamp. So far no problems for me. The only drawback was the self-tapping screws for attaching the fuel rails and coils. I don't like the idea, but again, no problem. As a result, after several hundred kilometers there is no leak and everything works as it should. I would no doubt return for this part. Be sure to pay attention to the gasket of the thermostat housing. The stock header didn't use a gasket, but I had to use one for this new header. At first I tried not to use a gasket but crushed the thermostat o-ring and had to buy another one. I highly recommend this trick!
