I just received my second order in a month and I take it 5-6 times a week. Gives me strength throughout the day and is amazingly gentle on the stomach. I suffer from colitis and reflux and almost everything bothers me, but this protein was the best I've ever taken. I mix it with unflavored hydrolyzed collagen protein, frozen fruit and water and it tastes great. Even though several reviews have warned about the taste (even the company advertises it as bitter), I have no complaints, on the contrary, it's perfect for those who love themselves and don't like sweet flavors. The only criticism is the container. Is it more ergonomic? So it's no problem trying to get the last 5-8 servings? Also, on both of my orders, the spoon was buried to the bottom. You have to put your hand in the jar, remove all the product and sprinkle powder on you to pull it out (I'll keep the used spoon for my next order so I don't go through the same thing again) Bit annoying but what really counts, is the quality of the product, that's why I gave it five stars.
