To use, file the tips a little and apply the remover to it and leave it on for a while, this will blow up the polish and you can then just gently scrape it off. The only thing that is written, do not apply it on the skin, otherwise it may cause irritation. It's 2 big bottles and it seems more expensive than you think for nail polish remover but you don't need that much so it should last a while and it's actually not a bad price.
