I used this mini displayport to HDMI for my UO laser projector to connect to my surface pro 2. While there's a Bluetooth option, Bluetooth support for the Surface Pro series has a long history of issues, but it's fortunate to come with a mini display. This HDMI-converted dongle form factor allows for near-universal use. Although I've only tested the accessory with my projector, there is an available mini display port on my home desktop that I'd like to use for an additional HDMI interface. The short button form factor provides the best travel experience, and the design makes it easy to disconnect the many different cable connections in my computer artillery. Although there are many of these at Revain I settled on this one and was not disappointed at all.
