Review on Ultimate Protection for Your Valuables: Seattle Sports Waterproof Electronics Case by Angela Flores

A decent way of keeping a document dry and safe

I've been using this and a smaller version for years. I've used them for several things. I put our IDs in when we went to Y. My plan was to attach them to a string and it worked fine until one of them blew an eye hole at the top. When traveling I have used them to pocket money and/or credit cards when going to the pool or beach. Then I put them in my bathing suit pocket. I didn't use them for my passport because I have another owner. They fit a passport but, as others have noted, are a bit tight. I think calling them waterproof is a bit of a stretch. They offer excellent protection from short term water exposure, for example if you accidentally drop them in a pool or lake and then remove them. However, if you swim or snorkel while it is underwater for a period of time, it may leak. the best options I've found. Yes, you can put everything in a plastic bag for a fraction of the cost. However, in my experience, they tear easily, are clumsy, and lick fairly easily. In general I am satisfied. I wish the eyelet on top was better reinforced but other than that they seem well built.
