Review on Sabrent Universal Flexible Standard TP FLTP by Jessica Ward

Since I now spend most of the day surfing the web I took advantage of this to install an external webcam to get a good angle of view. Basically, I could bend my legs a bit and attach the stand to the top of my external monitor and avoid the angled camera view that many get when using their laptop's webcam. It worked fine until the 3rd or 4th time I adjusted my legs (clean, I promise). There is a metal rod at the top of each leg that is inserted into a plastic holder and the plastic just broke rendering the tripod unusable. I suspect it would be fine for a basic desktop/tripod with a very slight angle to the legs.
