Not easy with a treadmill

Touch the outer chrome ring for 8-12 seconds to check your heart rate. This is not easy to do with a treadmill. heart rate once per touch. I returned it to Revain and bought a Polar H7 bluetooth smart heart rate monitor. the numbers displayed on the watch of the Polar model supplied with the watch.
