Not worth it in my review
I didn’t find any real value. The bands are difficult to put on and tighten unless you have someone to help. Would be better with an elastic band. Because you can’t get them tight enough using one hand, they slip down.

- I have a size Large and I love the way they grip my fat arms, they are tight and you sweat a lot.

- May restrict movement or range of motion
