The watch seems to be very solidly made. The dial is very legible, although some reviewers point out that the hands don't glow in the dark. It probably depends on how much light they're getting, but I wouldn't rely on being able to tell time in the dark. The reason this is not for me is that I have a small wrist, about 6 inches. And although I didn't have a strap at the tightest hole, the extra strap stuck out (even with loops) when the dial was centered on my wrist, and that tended to roll the watch off my wrist. For me, as much as I love the design and look of the watch, it was uncomfortable to wear. And yes, it was the petite version.
