I have been using Retainer Brite for my Invisalign retainer for several years. When the new packaging and product arrived in March 2018 I was disappointed with the product. I have ordered another product now that my multi year RB is almost over and this product requires warm/hot water to activate. After a thorough cleaning, it smells quite strongly of chlorine. Then I tried RB with warm/hot water and it finally worked. The previous formula didn't require warm water as it worked great in cold water. If you use cold water switch to warm/hot and you will be much happier with the product. This speaks for the instructions for use with warm water. To update. I used warm water but dirt started to appear in the container and I stopped using this product. There was never anything in there.
