Review on Wolo Hawkeye 3000-A LED Rotating & Flashing Emergency Warning Light - Amber Lens - Clear LEDs, Magnet Mount by Paul Ruberto

The light is exactly as advertised. Arrived quickly, works well. Unfortunately, it's really not very bright. Everything is fine in the dark, but it's hard to see on a sunny day. I regularly volunteer in parking lots (checking people in and out for special events). I find the yellow light on the roof helps project "authority" - (oh I'll be in and out in a minute!) I was hoping the LED lights would be more powerful than the little rotating light that I had. Luckily for the price I didn't have to spend a lot of money to find out. Of course I could return it, but for this price I decided to leave it. Well built product, stays on my roof at 60mph in VERY inclement weather. The cable is long enough to reach the cigarette lighter. I put the light in the middle of the pickup cab, plug in the cord, close the door and hide it behind the rear view mirror. It still connects easily and the cable is out of my line of sight.
