Review on Rehab Valuator by James Vilchez

The ease in data entry, reporting capability to multiple databases (CMA/ARVs) as well home inspector database! Would love more options with this program - but it's getting better every year!! Easy access from my Android cell phone using MyRehabsolutions app makes me want another screen just so I can see everything even easier.

Real time updates are great; would like an option that automatically deletes old entries when they go off market instead having someone look at them each week is very manual labor intensive process. !
