So first I would like to say that I don't usually write reviews, but after receiving a handwritten letter from the president with a lifetime guarantee company, I felt guilty about you. However, I bought this air purifier for my RV. My daughter and I have pretty severe seasonal allergies. We have just returned from our first trip and I feel this cleaner worked great! I put it in the bedroom because our allergies seem to get worse at night. I'll say it's a bit noisy when it's on auto and running at full speed, but it's white noise during sleep so it drowns out other noises that might disturb you during sleep. It was very easy to set up (just plug it in). Super easy to understand. I really feel better knowing I have it and will use it on every trip. I also feel that if I have a problem, the company will be more than happy to solve it in the future.
