This was it Product I bought, it took two days and the shoulder straps broke immediately, they sent me a REPLACEMENT, received a REPLACEMENT, I literally used the REPLACEMENT 3 TIMES, AND THE SAME HAPPENED, THE SHOULDER STRAPS BROKEN IMMEDIATELY !I even had next to nothing, some pens and a basic lining pad, nothing heavy damn this product is poorly made and cheaply made π‘π‘π‘π‘ Won't be buying any of their products again!
