I like that it is very intuitive as well can connect to all major devices used in our hospital such electronic health record (EHR) platform, Radiology Information system etc., It has some basic features which we could not implement due its subscription costs but overall no issues with this product so far however when you have any suggestions or concerns please contact us at sales@oneneglancesoftwarellc dot com thank u guys! I love that this is an all-inclusive solution, so no more worrying about how to get your billing in order! The user interface could be improved.

It's not as intuitive as it should be. There are some things you can't do without creating custom code or using other 3rd party solutions (like Medisoft). We have been able to solve our problem of keeping track of patients' data with ease - from scheduling appointments to sending reminders via text message/email.
