The plug inside the device didn't work at all

It's a pretty small thing and I like that it's white, but I was only able to power the device by physically plugging the power cord into the device tilted and hold it, and in this case I get a one-second power flash on the watch. Definitely going back but asked for one that works. Maybe I'm a punishment eater, but I'd rather give him a chance to fix it if it's an accident.
