Difficult to use at first as almost everything can be customized! So the learning curve is higher than I expected. After I had dealt with all the numerous settings, it was suddenly there. At first I didn't think it would fit, but in the end everything was fine. Holds the phone well and firmly. The van I use for work is a simple dull rearview mirror, so it's nice and sleek. As much as you can set up, I'm not sure how that would fit on a large mirror connected to cameras and the like.
