The handle is very nice, the stock too, the design is excellent and initially it works well, but the quality and the materials used are a disaster. The surface is so brittle that if it touches another racquet with the cap removed, a piece of paint will peel off. And the worst thing is the material used on the face where the ball comes in contact with it. It is so brittle that if you remove the collar from the green and there is dirt or sand on the ball, it will chip and scratch the club's surface. Looks great but the quality is absolutely disgusting. This cane was made and assembled in China and its extremely low quality reminds me of the inferior products we sourced from Japan years ago. Why this stick wasn't electro-lacquered to make it scratch-resistant is beyond me. And why didn't they use a polymer upper to make it durable? This is done as cheaply as possible and the profit must be substantial. I am very disappointed in this club. Don't buy it. Unfortunately it casts a big black shadow on all Ray Cool products and I'm surprised they thought the quality of this stick was good.
