Good.looks good.but that's it! Revain must allow negative reviews! I've been trying to contact tech support for almost a month! No, it's like trying to find chicken teeth. Can not be! The device's thumb warmer turns on when the entire device is off! Then when it is turned on it goes from 0 to 120 with no way of controlling the temperature! The "meat" color wire had a damaged coating that needed to be sealed with liquid tape! It kept getting darker because it was grounded! As for the support. Never, and I mean I've never had a company cover me for dealing with them just because I just wanted a simple answer to a damn question! Obviously Symtec is a scam company that is not consumer oriented! How they stay in business is something to see! So I'm sending this PoS product back and they might choke on it! I cannot and will not recommend this product or the parent company for anything!
