It seems to work but it doesn't work well for me. Bought for my fairly old NEC desktop analog phone (ip4ww-24txh-a-tel). I've tried the usual volume control methods, switching signals and volume on the device/phone/PC. but he doesn't seem to like any of the headsets - Logitech H800, Plantronics Blackwire 720W, or Plantronics Legend UC (my work colleagues were kind enough to borrow their various headsets for a few days). A constant buzzing or echoing, or receiver complaints that the sound quality is poor. A bit disappointed as the office phone is the only thing I can't change! The idea was to find a way to connect wirelessly to a landline phone. It may work better with VOIP phones as there is no problem on the PC side. Try the Jabra Pro 9470 instead.
